These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the IJIDI Foundation website ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Foundation's CAC registration is in progress. References to the Foundation's legal status in these Terms will be updated once registration is confirmed — see the Public Ledger on the main site for current status.

1. About the Foundation

IJIDI Foundation is a civic vehicle operating within the IJIDI ecosystem, structurally separate from IJIDI Group's commercial operations. Content on this Site relates to the Foundation's programmes, governance, and giving channels only.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Partnership Enquiry form
Use any content on this Site to misrepresent affiliation with, or endorsement by, the Foundation

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, the IJIDI Foundation name, crest, and visual design — is the property of IJIDI Foundation or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may view and share content for non-commercial, informational purposes. Reproduction for commercial use, or use that implies endorsement, requires prior written permission.

4. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep programme, governance, and ledger information accurate and current, consistent with the Foundation's transparency commitments. However, some information (e.g., registration status, financial figures) is updated periodically rather than in real time. Where a figure or status is marked pending or provisional, treat it as such until confirmed.

5. Giving & Transfers

Any transfer instructions provided directly to you (via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or the enquiry form) are provided on an interim basis while the Foundation's own registration and dedicated accounts are finalised, as disclosed on the Site. You are responsible for verifying transfer details before sending funds. The Foundation is not liable for losses arising from transfers made to incorrect or fraudulent accounts not verified directly with us.

6. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to other properties within the IJIDI ecosystem (e.g., IJIDI Group) or external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from here.

7. No Warranty

This Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IJIDI Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from use of this Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Foundation's registration, programmes, or practices evolve. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
